This 1.07-MW system on the roof of the Gucci Industries distribution center in Secaucus, New Jersey, features 4,788 Sharp 224-W PV modules, Xantrex inverters and Sunlink racking. The building is owned and operated by Hartz Mountain Real Estate. Hartz is New Jersey’s largest commercial property company and also is a leader in solar installation in the state. This facility is designed to generate 1.3 MWh per year.
