Hello and welcome to the new Inovateus Solar website and our new blog. Solar energy is changing the world, and we want this blog to provide a community forum for how solar is growing and thriving in the Midwest for installers, businesses, local cities, and utilities. We’ll not only explore new solar technology, but also provide perspectives on how our world is transitioning to clean energy and the policies that are accelerating that transition.
This isn’t just our first blog post, it’s also the introduction to our new website. At Inovateus, we have a motto—Building a Brilliant TomorrowTM—that embodies our values and aspirations, and we believe our redesigned digital home reflects that mission.
For those customers, partners and friends who remember our previous website, you’ll find a cleaner look and feel, simplified navigation, concise descriptions of our services, and some brand-new features.
One new feature on the site is this content hub, the Inovateus blog, which will deliver useful information and compelling storytelling for Inovateus’ utility, electric co-op, C&I, and solar installer partners, as well as the Midwest clean energy tribe and the global solar industry.
Our goal: tell compelling solar stories and provide information that you can use for your business and share with those looking for more education about solar. These solar stories will include regular updates and case studies of the more than 100MW of Inovateus projects currently or soon to be under construction, perspectives from our partners, suppliers and customers, “how to” posts on best practices for residential, commercial and utility installations, solar finance and marketing tips, industry observations, and more.
Although you can always find these posts on our website, we’ll also be sharing them and other relevant solar news and information on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our new Instagram outlet. If you want the posts directly in your inbox, sign up for our targeted newsletters for installers and for businesses and utilities wanting to install solar.
We’ve come a long way since we first hung out the Inovateus Solar shingle in 2008. We’ve gone from selling solar products to local installers to building a handful of commercial rooftop systems to developing and managing the construction of a growing number of large solar farms.
We’re proud of our achievements and growth, but ultimately this blog isn’t about us. It’s about how we can together build a brilliant tomorrow for you, for your businesses, and ultimately for future generations.
